Explore job opportunities on our Corporate Driver Personnel team April 12-14 from 4 to 7 p.m. at J.B. Hunt.

Join us for an in-person job fair in Northwest Arkansas to explore entry-level roles on the J.B. Hunt Corporate Driver Personnel (CDP) team. Select positions include a sign-on bonus, up to $250, for a limited time.

To qualify for the following entry-level positions, applicants must have a high school diploma or GED:

  • Driver Recruiter
  • Driver Recruitment Coordinator
  • Onboarding Specialist
  • Background Verification Specialist

As part of Corporate Services, CDP is one of the largest teams at J.B. Hunt; it is responsible for recruiting and hiring company drivers and contracting owner operators. Individuals on this team build connections with driver candidates to help them understand how driving with J.B. Hunt can positively influence their lives.   • Driver Recruiters engage with new and prospective driver contacts. They find the best fit for candidates to help them further their driving career, matching preferences and needs to our open driving positions. This is a sales position with uncapped earning potential.
  • Driver Recruitment Coordinators support in all areas of the recruiting process to help deliver a positive hiring experience for drivers. This is an hourly position, paid weekly, with an opportunity to add up to $5 to the hourly pay rate with our weekly hiring incentives.
  • Onboarding Specialists stay in constant contact with drivers throughout the process, from filling out their application to scheduling drug tests and seeing the driver through to their start date. This is an hourly position, paid weekly, with an opportunity to add up to $5 to the hourly pay rate with our weekly hiring incentives. 
  • Background Verification Coordinators help ensure driver applicants meet our driver hiring standards and DOT regulations. They evaluate drivers’ safety records, driving experience, and the employment and criminal history of each applicant. This is an hourly position, paid weekly, with an opportunity to add up to $5 to the hourly pay rate with our weekly hiring incentives.
