Job Summary:
Under general direction, the incumbent is responsible for some account ownership and directing the overall activities of an ICS branch to maintain growth targets and profitability, develop and grow our employees, and build and foster cross-divisional influence and external relationships to provide a best-in-class customer experience

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals or teams in learning and improving effectiveness.
  • Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
  • Create goals that support business strategies.
  • Ability to apply organizational acumen to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
  • Utilize assigned resources and leverage resources (individuals or teams) to achieve or exceed planned outcomes.
  • Develop and improve individual, team, and organizational performance.
  • Ability to provide services and support to key clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 4-5 years in Transportation/Logistics.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related field with 5+ years of experience in transportation/logistics

Skills:

  • Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Ability to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals or teams in learning and improving effectiveness
  • Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
  • Create goals that support business strategies
