Job Summary:
Under general supervision, this position will assist in creating, deploying, and delivering multiple employee listening programs to support the development of the organizational climate and culture. The incumbent will partner with HR colleagues, internal customers, and business leaders to drive the employee listening strategy, objectives, programs, and projects to support a variety of business initiatives.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: - Serves as a process manager concerning all internal feedback (surveys, forms, polls, quizzes) for employees and contract workers, providing consultation, execution, and analysis on question development and response analysis
- Manages the development of internal feedback process including those focused on leadership, organizational culture, talent management, employee engagement, and change management in order to achieve business objectives
- Identifies data collection tools, data collection methods, data sources, benchmarks, and data targets
- Liaise with other HR functions to identify opportunities for feedback and manage the creation, facilitation, and analysis (e.g., new hire surveys, voluntary termination feedback)
- Collaborates with business partners to identify and document internal feedback needs under general guidance from senior leaders in the business.
- Develops internal feedback and analytic solutions to support business needs, including question development and analysis (e.g., kickoff feedback, technology/product, change management)
- Develops business knowledge & skills to effectively anticipate business need for internal feedback in order to improve business outcomes. Utilizing business knowledge & skills to recommend best collection method, question style, question verbiage and report/dashboard
- Creates dashboards and/or reports of all internal feedback results, sharing them with appropriate stakeholders in the business & HR
- When required, establishes meetings to review data, discuss insights, and identify next steps
- Shares insights based on analysis of internal feedback and provides recommendations or direction for follow-up action
- Provides support to leadership, in partnership with Talent Optimization, ensuring action plans are developed, executed, and monitored; and supporting efforts, as needed (e.g., conducting focus groups)
- Identifies emerging needs based on internal feedback analysis, areas of opportunities based on external environment, and changes in data collection or employee listening best practices in I/O field
- Ensures the internal feedback collection process is compliant with law (state & federal) and company policy
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Ability to gather and analyze large, complex data sets
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest employee listening strategies, collections, and best practices
- Comfortable performing statistical analysis using Excel, SPSS or R
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Demonstrated critical and system thinking skills
- Demonstrated consultative approach
- Knowledge of employee listening systems (e.g., Qualtrics)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and interact with all levels of the business
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field, with 1-2 years of human resources or data analytics experience, education, and training
Preferred Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field, with 1-2 years of employee listening and/or data analytics experience, education, and training
Education:
Bachelors: Electronics Engineering, Bachelors: Computer and Information Science, Bachelors: Management Information Systems, Bachelors: Business Administration/Management, Bachelors: Industrial Psychology
