Job Summary:
Under close supervision, this position drives day-to-day HR activities in their assigned area(s). They collaborate within the HRBP team to understand business needs / requests, manage priorities and work with HR Operations to respond to business and/or employee needs. This role is organized as a resource pool within one or more business units or departments.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tactical human resources support to the line managers for various human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations and corrective actions
  • Support the administration and delivery of various HR services and programs; ensure that programs meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and are cost effective
  • Maintain good communication and a positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensure a positive working environment
  • Support human resources initiatives within the organization and act as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary
  • Assist in organizational compliance with all HR related regulations, laws and guidelines
  • Respond to and support resolution of manager and employee inquiries
  • Conduct outplacement counseling and exit interviews
  • Execute personnel actions in human capital management system
  • Develop and maintain key human resources reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Leadership, Psychology or related field
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Ability to act professionally
  • Ability to be both flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to communicate effectively through all mediums
  • Ability to handle confidential information and materials with discretion
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Experience in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Education:
GED (Required), High School (Required), Bachelors: Human Resources Management, Bachelors: Business Administration/Management, Bachelors: Psychology
