Job Summary:
Under general supervision, this position consults with business leaders to plan and execute inclusion strategies/offerings within their assigned client(s). You will collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise, HR Operations, and the Inclusion Office to respond to routine business needs. This role may be aligned to one or more business unit(s)/departments as business needs dictate. This position will act as an agent to execute inclusion projects and initiatives. The position is a mixture of transformational and transactional responsibilities.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages DEI priorities, opportunities, and working projects with the client's leadership team(s) and key stakeholders
  • Maintains a deep understanding of how the business operates, their culture, and the customers in which they serve
  • Facilitates the success of the client’s individual management teams’ inclusion plan’s program and resources to drive engagement and productivity
  • Partners with Talent Development to deliver learning and DEI development opportunities
  • Monitors recruiting pipelines and identify disparities in underrepresented populations
  • Serves as a trusted advisor giving guidance and consultation to leaders and teams around diverse business alignment, talent development, acquisition, and retention
  • Tracks and measures success based on business alignment organization goals and metrics around DEI
  • Executes inclusion projects and initiatives with client
  • Partners with HR Centers of Expertise, HR Operations and the Inclusion Diversity Office to ensure that human resources core services are delivered effectively and efficiently
  • Partners with HR Centers of Expertise, HR Operations and the Inclusion Office to implement inclusion policies and procedures; provide interpretation and guidance to managers and employees

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Communications, Psychology or related field; and/or 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Customer Service; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to be both flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to communicate, build trust, and consult cross culturally
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and peers
  • Ability to handle confidential information and materials with discretion
  • Passion for equity and inclusion initiatives
  • Willingness to accept accountability and drive own learning

Education:
Bachelors: Human Resources Management, Bachelors: Business Administration/Management, Bachelors: Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric, Bachelors: Psychology
