Job Summary:
Under close supervision, this position is responsible for gaining a foundational knowledge to assist with ensuring parts are available to truck and trailer technicians for repairs. The incumbent will assist in the management of inventory stock levels, perform audits, and submit orders to maintain an adequate supply of parts. Maintain information systems and process core and warranty returns according to Company requirements. This position has the possibility to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends in addition to overtime; it requires full-time attendance.

Shadow a senior team member to learn how to fulfill parts requests by technicians and ensure parts are properly charged to the unit under repair Receive inbound shipments of parts and fuel to ensure proper quantity ordered and free of damage, stock inbound parts to proper storage location and update information systems Conduct Cycle Counts as required Maintain a clean, well-ordered work environment free of trash and hazards Ensure compliance of safety policies Perform other duties as assigned Observe all Company safety requirements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Ability to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.
Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent and up to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and valid driver's license. Ability to multitask Ability to work as part of a team Basic deductive reasoning skills Experience working in a fast-paced environment Proficient active listening skills Proficient organizational skills Proficient time management skills Self-motivation Ability to fulfill physical requirements of the job including lifting above 50 pounds, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling Ability to wear appropriate work attire (protective gear/PPE).
