Manager Trainee Programs
Our Manager Trainee program lasts three-to-six months and supports our Intermodal, Dedicated Contract Services® and Final Mile Services® business units at our field locations. Throughout the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with our internal teams and customers to learn how to move freight in the most efficient way possible. After completing the program, you will be placed with the team that best fits your passions.
Like the Manager Trainee program, our Intermodal Manager Trainee program helps you gain a deeper understanding of rail operations. The program is based at our corporate campus in Northwest Arkansas, where upon completion, you will be placed with one of our Intermodal teams.
Dispatcher and Capacity Coordinators
A career as a dispatcher or capacity coordinator is a great way to develop your communication skills and build your knowledge of supply chain operations. Based in Northwest Arkansas, these teams are responsible for keeping us connected with company drivers, contractors and carriers to manage scheduling and on-time delivery of all freight.
Capacity Procurement Representative
Our capacity procurement representatives leverage our people, technology and capacity to provide value for our customers using third party logistics. These teams work with internal contacts and our Carrier 360® platform to manage loads and ensure we’re delivering service in a timely and efficient manner.
