Why J.B. Hunt
Hear from our employees in Operations

"Right now, we're doing things that a lot of traditional companies aren't doing, or even thinking about doing. And so, to someone who's coming into the company, you're not going to find a company that's going to grow as much as we are in the next 15 years. This growth and our family-first environment, those two combined factors make this company second to none to work for."

“You honestly just learn something new every day. When I first came over to 360 Box, I was told that it might take me about six months to a year to really learn the job, and if I'm being honest, that terrified me at first. But, getting in and doing the job, it's so nice. I like knowing that I can come in and learn something completely new and it just never gets boring.”

"If you want to be in an environment where you have ownership of your workload, and where your contributions can be felt, J.B. Hunt is the place for you. I've heard [our CEO] John Roberts speak several times over the years, and every time that I've heard him speak, in his speech he's mentioned having an entrepreneurial spirit. And I think that's at the center of all we do. If that's in you, then this is a place for you."
