Jumpstart your career in our Manager Trainee Program. As a manager trainee with J.B. Hunt, you will take part in our three – six month program that provides you with the knowledge and tools you will need to be a successful driver manager within our Intermodal, Dedicated Contract Services® or Final Mile Services® business units at our corporate campus or at one of our many field locations across the country.
Under guidance from a mentor and online learning paths, you will gain hands-on experience working with drivers, customers and internal and external stakeholders. Manager trainees will work in fast-paced environments, learning to ensure safe and timely service, load assignments, customer service and compliance with company and Department of Transportation regulations. Upon completion of the program, you will be placed with a team that best fits your interest and location.
