Entry-Level in the Field
Manager Trainee
Seeking adaptable, clear communicators focused on growth and safety.
Jumpstart your career in our Manager Trainee Program. As a manager trainee with J.B. Hunt, you will take part in our three – six month program that provides you with the knowledge and tools you will need to be a successful driver manager within our Intermodal, Dedicated Contract Services® or Final Mile Services® business units at our corporate campus or at one of our many field locations across the country.
Under guidance from a mentor and online learning paths, you will gain hands-on experience working with drivers, customers and internal and external stakeholders. Manager trainees will work in fast-paced environments, helping navigate safe and timely service, load assignments, customer service and compliance with company and Department of Transportation regulations. Upon completion of the program, you will be placed with a team that best fits your interest and location.
Warehouse Associate
Seeking organized, multi-taskers who enjoy making processes more efficient.
Help keep our warehouse in order and our customers happy! As a warehouse associate, you are responsible for helping maintain secure inventory storage and control of materials coming in and out of warehouses. Work duties include storage, shipping, receiving and asset counts.
Dispatcher
Seeking proactive, highly effective communicators ready to find solutions.
J.B. Hunt’s dispatchers are responsible for scheduling, dispatching and finding solutions for drivers, contractors and third-party carriers. People in this role help maintain a positive experience while ensuring customer needs are met in a professional and timely manner. They are focused on keeping company drivers, owner operators and third-party carriers moving safely, finding solutions to problems that may occur during planning and transit and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Logistics Solutions Representative
Seeking strategic, communicative and organized team members.
Our Logistics Solutions Representatives embody the entrepreneurial spirit of J.B. Hunt by building a carrier base that helps provide solutions for our customers. These team members rely on their advanced communication skills to connect the dots between third-party carriers and the changing needs of our customers. Our Logistics Solutions Representatives can take information in and output innovative solutions. We have team members in this role at both field offices across the country and at our corporate headquarters in Northwest Arkansas.
Capacity Procurement Representative
Seeking confident go-getters who communicate effectively.
Our Capacity Procurement Representatives negotiate rates with carriers in an effort to meet load expectations and arrange the most efficient 3PL transportation solutions for our customers. These team members are also responsible for building their own carrier base and working with internal teams to market our Carrier 360® platform to help problem solve and manage third-party relationships to create the best experience for our customers.

Customer Experience Representative
Seeking gifted communicators who are sales-minded and goal-oriented.
In this role, our customer experience representatives are responsible for executing customer freight orders to meet organizational and personal goals while delivering exceptional customer service. They will develop and maintain customer relationships by engaging them on a regular basis and providing solutions that maximize growth, freight potential and the best customer experience. We have team members in this role at both field offices across the country and at our corporate headquarters in Northwest Arkansas.
Claims Intake Representative
Seeking self-motivated, active listeners with quick decision-making skills.
Our claims intake representatives intake and investigate claims related incidents for their team. They may work with our Cargo, Casualty, Final Mile Services or Workers Compensation teams. In this role, they collaborate with team members to ensure all communications, information and documentation is passed along to support stakeholders both internally and externally.
Billing Representative
Seeking detail-oriented, fast learners who are adaptable.
In the billing representative role, team members will work with internal and external stakeholders to collect documentation for invoicing, inputting and processing transactions. They are responsible for a variety of administrative duties and work with a variety of groups arranging amounts owed, processing documents and maintaining records.
Accounts Receivable Representative
Seeking self-motivated and organized people who are decisive.
Work with a variety of teams both internally and externally to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues regarding freight payment with the customer as well as creating reports, action plans and helping meet organizational goals through processes and collections.
