Everyone has a voice at J.B. Hunt through ELEVATION, our program to find, foster, and follow the ideas that make our company a better place. Since its inception in 2015, more than 32,000 ELEVATION Ideas have been submitted. That’s 32,000 employee-submitted ideas that enhance revenue, lower cost, increase productivity or cultivate culture.
