We have established Inclusion initiatives that reach company-wide and aim to create an inclusive culture and environment where employees from all backgrounds can succeed and be heard.

AAMERG
African American Employee Resource Group is a corporate thought leader and strategist within the area of African American employees’ insights, connectivity, and professional development.
CAAPITAL
Cultivating Asian American Pacific Islanders Together as Leaders provides a space for our Asian, Asian American and Pacific Islander employees to connect and share ideas that better J.B. Hunt.
GROW
Growing and Retaining Outstanding Women is dedicated to empowering and engaging employees to support women’s professional and personal success.
LEAD
Latinos Engaging, Advancing, and Developing identifies and cultivates relationships with community and business stakeholders by inspiring people through the inclusion of Latino culture.
PLUS+
An LGBTQIA+ employee resource group that offers a safe, accepting space. PLUS+ strives to be as inclusive and diverse as the people and companies J.B. Hunt serves.
VERG
Veterans Employee Resource Group connects veterans and those who support veterans and uses members’ experiences to enhance our work life and community.

Everyone has a voice at J.B. Hunt through ELEVATION, our program to find, foster, and follow the ideas that make our company a better place. Since its inception in 2015, more than 25,000 ELEVATION Ideas have been submitted. That’s 25,000 employee-submitted ideas that enhance revenue, lower cost, increase productivity or cultivate culture.
Employee Enrichment
We invest in our employees and provide growth opportunities through our tuition reimbursement program for higher education and professional certifications. In addition to tuition reimbursement, we also offer free personal and professional development classes throughout the year and have a Toastmasters Corporate Club.
Giving Pillars
We’re proud to support initiatives and organizations including those that fall under our giving pillars: Crises Management, Education, Healthcare and Veterans. By expanding our efforts outside of J.B. Hunt, we continue to grow and promote opportunities.
As a company, we’re constantly learning, growing and evolving – just like our inclusion efforts. We know there is more work to be done, and we’re in it for the long haul.
