What is J.B. Hunt’s interview process like? After applying through Workday, if your skills are a fit, an HR recruiter will set up a screening phone interview. If the recruiter feels that your qualifications are a match for the role, they will schedule time for you to meet with the hiring manager to go more in-depth about the skills and responsibilities of the position.

Do you bring people on-site for visits? Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, on-site visits are currently handled on a case-by-case basis. Your HR recruiter can provide more information and details on whether an on-site visit will be necessary at this time.
