Our headquarters are located in Lowell, Arkansas in the northwest corner of the state. Northwest Arkansas is a thriving community with a variety of local businesses, beautiful outdoor recreational activities, a rich arts culture and a high quality of life.

How do I apply?

To submit an application, first search jobs to find the position that best fits your experience. You’ll then be prompted to create a Workday account and submit your resume through the portal. This is where you will keep track of your application status and previously submitted applications.

Simply log in to your Workday portal and follow the status of your application every step of the way.

Our Interview Process

What is J.B. Hunt’s interview process like?

After applying through Workday, if your skills are a fit, a member of our people team will set up a screening phone interview. If the recruiter feels that your qualifications are a match for the role, they will schedule time for you to meet with the hiring manager to dig deeper into the position responsibilities and see if it is a fit.

Do you bring people on-site for visits?

On-site visits are handled on a case-by-case basis. Your recruiter from our people team can provide more information on whether an on-site visit is necessary.

What are you looking for in a potential candidate?

You don’t need a supply chain background to join our team! We know that a variety of backgrounds and skills is what keeps us at the top of our game. We’re looking for innovators of all experience levels who embody our values and want to build stronger together. 

How should I prepare for my interview?

We recommend researching our company and the identities that shape us. Come ready to speak about your prior experience and your qualifications that directly relate to the responsibilities noted in the job description.

When will I know when a hiring decision has been made?

Response times may vary based on the position or number of applicants, but we do our best to make our hiring decisions as quickly as possible. You can always keep up with the status of your application in the Workday portal or reach out to your recruiter with any questions.
