Internship Opportunities
Internships at J.B. Hunt are the best way to get a feel for what a career at J.B. Hunt, or in your field of study, could look like. Our internship programs provide real-world experience with the opportunity to work on projects that make a real impact.
Interns are introduced to many different parts of our company, and because of the networking opportunities our internships provide, many interns are offered full-time positions or extended internship opportunities after the program.
“The work environment and growth opportunities were the reasons why I wanted to stay full-time with J.B. Hunt after my internship,” shared Matthieu, a former intern and current transportation manager. “I am grateful for the mentorship from the managers. They gave me an amazing internship experience.”
Career Development Resources
There are so many opportunities for career growth at J.B. Hunt. We offer many professional development resources, such as online courses and certifications, that employees are encouraged to take advantage of. Other company resources, like our employee resource groups (ERGs) and Toastmasters club, are also designed to help employees network and sharpen their professional skillsets.
If continuing your education will help your career growth, we want to help! J.B. Hunt offers tuition reimbursement for full-time employees who’ve been with the company at least six months.
