Our teams within Corporate Driver Personnel (CDP) recognize the commitment and sacrifice it takes to be the one behind the wheel. CDP professionals are responsible for recruiting and hiring company drivers and contracting with owner operators, making it their mission to help drivers find a better job and a better life when driving with J.B. Hunt.

Located around the country, our sales teams drive us forward. With a goal to double the size of our company, our expert team of sales professionals utilize technology and take a data-first approach to sales that provides more value and expertise to our customers.
Customer Experience professionals are the face of our business, managing key relationships with internal and external customers. These teams lean heavily on their knowledge of supply chain and logistics to manage loads and provide our customers with the most efficient transportation solutions possible.
“I have always been a people person, and love to build new relationships,” shared Customer Experience Manager, Kelly. “If a problem arises, I love to find the best solution in a timely manner to reduce concerns. I love getting to work with both internal and external customers!”
Our People Know Maintenance
Freight can’t move unless our equipment remains on the road and running smoothly. Our Equipment Maintenance teams, located all over the country, are vital to our company’s success. With the opportunity to service a modern fleet of equipment, our diesel mechanics and maintenance personnel bring top-notch technical skillsets in tractor and trailer mechanics that help keep us moving.
