Job Summary:
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for providing overall support to the delivery of Compensation and Stock programs and services. The position will support to maximize efficiency, improve processes and project implementation to ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.The incumbent supports the collaboration with HR Business Partners and HR Operations to respond to complex/nuanced employee needs in their particular compensation area of expertise. This position may be aligned to one or more functional areas (e.g., driver comp, DCS/JBI/FMS comp, ICS comp, E&T comp, executive comp, other).

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct job evaluations and salary increase reviews to ensure employee pay equity, competitiveness, and satisfaction
  • Perform salary surveys and perform competitive market analysis for salary review and planning, including executive compensation (incentive, deferred compensation, etc.)
  • Provide oversight and guidance in the review of minimum wage level reports
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of compensation records and data in the HRIS, such as incentive calculations, award payment approvals, and payment records
  • Provide oversight and guidance in administering compensation program activities: merit EIB load, merit data validation, pay plan maintenance, etc.
  • Provide oversight and guidance in administering stock related contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements, additional employment service contracts, confidentiality and liabilities for breach of contract
  • Provide oversight and guidance in maintaining organizational stock data and stock summaries, develop reports, and answer inquiries regarding stock plans (e.g., monthly balance of LTI - annual report support, LTI stock administration, system load for stock)
  • Provide employee information, performance records, and future development analysis to assist in stock plan decision-making
  • Provide general administrative support for the Compensation leader/team; scheduling meetings and completing department copying, filing, and supply ordering
  • Support partnership with other internal departments, business units and senior management to ensure the effective implementation of compensation policies
  • Coordinate as needed with HR Centers of Expertise and HR Operations to ensure that human resources core services are delivered effectively and efficiently
  • Support the maintenance of records related to compensation
  • Complete various audits to address compensation related issues or regulations in conjunction with Legal and/or Compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/ Management, Economics, Education, Mathematics, Social Science or related field with 2 or more years of relevant experience, education and training; or 6 years of combined relevant experience, education or training

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Education, Mathematics, Social Science or related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience, education and training.
  • Ability to be both flexible and adaptable

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
