Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the position works with our engineering and technology groups to plan, coordinate, and execute program management best practices to align with business strategy across multiple business areas and technology teams. The incumbent applies industry standards and determines tool sets/applications for program management methodology.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

•Plans and executes program management methodology across multiple technology and business groups (larger, more complex programs with little to no guidance).

•Works closely with business owners and representatives to understand the business goals and objectives and deliver solutions that align with those goals.

•Communicates program status to all levels in the organization and facilitate decisions across program teams.

•Facilitates scope and prioritization of the program plan deliverables.

•Manages risks and issues across program teams.

•Establishes and guides the team in program-specific operating procedures.

•Coordinates third-party integrations to support the program deliverables.

•Assesses business impact and coordinate implementation with the organizational change management team.

•Develops, manages, tracks, and maintains the program's budget.


Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration/Management, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience and training; plus 7 years of work experience in Business Administration or Project Management.
Preferred Qualification: Project Management Professional Certification preferred;
Agile experience preferred
Certified SAFe® Agilist (SA)

Compensation: $97,706 - $122,127 Pay Range
