Job Summary:
Under general direction, the incumbent is responsible for some account ownership and directing the overall activities of an ICS branch to maintain growth targets and profitability, develop and grow our employees, and build and foster cross-divisional influence and external relationships to provide a best-in-class customer experience.  

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate growth focused activities to realize and capture market potential.

• Hire, train and develop staff to meet branch objectives in regards to customer satisfaction, sales, and operations to ensure superior, on-time service for customers.

• Responsible for budget and profit margins to meet and exceed branch and business unit goals for profitability.

• Network with internal sales and marketing staff to develop and grow business.

• Properly manage risk and maintain financial integrity in all business matters.


Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or GED with 4-5 years in Transportation/Logistics.

Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in Transportation/Logistics
Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting
Ability to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals or teams in learning and improving effectiveness
Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
Create goals that support business strategies
Ability to apply organizational acumen to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization
Utilize assigned resources and leverage resources (individuals or teams) to achieve or exceed planned outcomes
Develop and improve individual, team, and organizational performance
Ability to provide services and support to key clients.

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.

The Company offers the following benefits for full-time positions, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, as may be in effect from time to time: medical benefit, dental benefit, vision benefit, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, paid time off commensurate with tenure (includes vacation and sick time), two weeks of paid parental leave, and six paid holidays annually.
