BIG Updates to Employee Benefits

In order to improve our employees’ experience, J.B. Hunt employees no longer wait 90 days for benefit coverage to activate.
Effective April 5 and beyond, eligibility for health insurance coverage, health savings accounts and flex spending accounts will begin after just 30 days of employment.

Employees qualify for medical, dental and vision coverage on day 31 of eligible, full-time employment. Employee premium contributions are based on the benefit plan and level of coverage elected. Benefits require an employee contribution. Premium discounts are available for reduction of self-insured medical premiums of up to $1,040 a year for single coverage.
