Trailer Utility Mechanics
A typical day as a Trailer Utility Mechanic may include patching, replacing doors, tires or brakes, as well as wheel seals on trailers. Trailer Mechanics also perform federal inspections, repair wreck damage, perform side panel and tandem replacements and more.
A Trailer Utility Mechanic is also required to attend safety meetings and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Having the proper tools and utilizing computer skills and are part of the qualifications for our trailer tech jobs.

Tractor Utility Mechanics
Tractor Utility Mechanic duties include obtaining the instructions on repairs, the supplies and parts necessary for said repairs and then implementing the repairs in a timely and safe manner. Tractor Mechanics also coordinate tire replacement, as needed.
A Tractor Utility Mechanic is also required to attend safety meetings and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Having the proper tools and utilizing computer skills and are part of the qualifications for our trailer tech jobs.

Mobile Trailer Mechanics
Mobile Trailer Mechanics enjoy the freedom of working outdoors without the confinements of a shop environment. During a set shift, Mobile Mechanics respond to emergency road service calls, repair safety related problems on equipment, inspect units for safety-related issues and more.
Mobile Mechanics coordinate parts for the mobile repair unit and schedule unit repairs with their supervisor. A driver’s license and basic computer skills are part of the qualifications for our Mobile Tech job.
