Mental Health Support
One of the life-changing features that J.B. Hunt offers is access to free mental health therapy sessions. All J.B. Hunt employees and their immediate family are eligible for eight free therapy sessions through Spring Health. These free sessions are an amazing opportunity for employees to take care of their mental health and make sure they’re the best versions of themselves.
Savings and Retirement
To set you up for financial success and help you plan for the future, we offer 401(k) retirement plans with company matching opportunities as well as Roth IRA retirement plans. If you are on a J.B. Parental Leave
We have parental leave options available for J.B. Hunt employees. Birthing parents are eligible to receive up to six weeks of 100% paid maternity leave and new fathers or support partners are eligible to take up to two weeks of paid paternal leave to bond with their new child.
Adoption and Fertility Assistance
At J.B. Hunt, we offer families looking to welcome a child into their family by adoption up to $5,000 in support to assist them in their journey. This can potentially help with adoption fees or legal expenses.
We also are happy to help employees grow their families with fertility assistance. Coverage is dependent on the insurance plan chosen.

Our Inclusion Office and Inclusion Council were both established to further pursue our goal of creating an inclusive culture for all employees. Our Inclusion Office leads the company’s strategy and helps foster a more inclusive culture, and our Inclusion Council serves as the voice of all our employees to ensure that inclusion work is relevant and impactful.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
We currently have six ERGs at J.B. Hunt that represent different communities within the company. These groups are great ways to learn about different cultures, gain professional development and enhance our sense of community as a whole. All employees are encouraged to join the ERGs and get involved.

Since 2015, employees have shared more than 32,700 thoughts and ideas with the company to try and improve J.B. Hunt and its processes. This allows our employees to have a voice in all business aspects and be involved in the process of implementing their ideas.
