ELEVATION is how we find, foster and follow the ideas that make us better and help us create more value for our customers. Since its inception in 2015, more than 31,000 ELEVATION ideas have been submitted. That’s 31,000 employee-submitted ideas that have suggested new ways to provide additional support for our people, enhance our technology and processes and expand our capacity to deliver.

“ELEVATION is an open forum for anyone in the company to share their ideas,” said Karen, senior vice president of Engineering and Technology. “Each idea is reviewed by our team and executive members to understand if it fits our goals and what we want to achieve. Everyone can make a personal impact through ELEVATION.”

Giving Everyone a Voice

ELEVATION is one of the ways every J.B. Hunt employee can make their voice heard. Across all departments and job types, ELEVATION drives inclusion in the workplace by ensuring that all employees have a seat at the table and the opportunity to make their mark on our legacy. Any employee with an idea, big or small, that can help us build stronger together is encouraged to submit their suggestion through ELEVATION.
