Technician Career Advancement Program
Announced earlier this year, the Technician Career Advancement program is a great entry-level equipment maintenance job for those looking to grow their skillset. Through the program, you’ll learn and advance through scheduled technician training levels, increasing your hourly pay scale as you progress. As of now, the program is only open to tractor technicians, with trailer and mobile technician programs soon to follow.
Tractor Technician
Tractor technicians are responsible for maintenance and repairs on the front of the truck. In this role, you’ll work with the latest diagnostic tools and technologies to promptly address mechanical issues under the hood or conduct safety inspections on our fleet of equipment.
Trailer Technician
Trailer technicians focus on the back part of the truck, attending to any maintenance or repairs needed on our trailing equipment. As a trailer technician, you’ll perform federal inspections, repair damage and address tire or brake issues to get our equipment back up-and-running in a timely manner.
Mobile Technician
Mobile technicians respond to emergency road service calls and make repairs on both tractor and trailer equipment on trucks that are unable to make it into the shop. Mobile technicians benefit from working outside of the shop and think quick on their feet to make unexpected repairs as they occur.
