What is J.B. Hunt’s Technician Career Advancement Program?
At J.B. Hunt shops across the country, the TCA Program gives you the experience and training necessary to accelerate your career at the company. In the program, our technicians make their way through different training modules focused on key areas of equipment maintenance and repairs as well as earning pay raises as you go. This program is available for all of our tractor, trailer and mobile technicians that are wanting to build up their current skills and grow in their career.
Meet Dylan, a J.B. Hunt Technician
While many of our maintenance technicians have been through our TCA Program and reaped the benefits of it, we wanted to introduce you to Dylan, a senior tractor technician, who has participated in our TCA Program.
Dylan has been a tractor technician for six years and when asked about why he chose to take part in our TCA Program, Dylan said, “The program gives me better compensation and new opportunities to grow. The program lets you better yourself as a technician, in general. With the program, your career can go as far as you want it to.”
