Why J.B. Hunt
Hear from our employees in Operations
"Right now, we're doing things that a lot of traditional companies aren't doing, or even thinking about doing. And so, to someone who's coming into the company, you're not going to find a company that's going to grow as much as we are in the next 15 years. This growth and our family-first environment, those two combined factors make this company second to none to work for."

“I’ve always said that we’re a trucking company, but we’re a people company at heart. Being with the company for as long as I have, I’ve seen it grow in the last 12 years, but we haven’t lost the small family feel in the growth. I think it is a testament to how we promote from within, so everybody comes in indoctrinated into that culture of treating others as you want to be treated.”
"If you want to be in an environment where you have ownership of your workload, and where your contributions can be felt, J.B. Hunt is the place for you. I've heard [our CEO] John Roberts speak several times over the years, and every time that I've heard him speak, in his speech he's mentioned having an entrepreneurial spirit. And I think that's at the center of all we do. If that's in you, then this is a place for you."
