Now Open: Director, Inclusion Strategy

At J.B. Hunt, we believe that inclusion is vital to the success of our company and the wellbeing of our people. We are thrilled to announce a new leadership position, Director of Inclusion Strategy, that will provide strategic direction for advancing our inclusivity efforts across all aspects of our business.

The Director of Inclusion Strategy will oversee all inclusion programs and processes. This role will work closely with executives, management and HR leadership to make recommendations and implement initiatives that advance our goals and objectives.

This position will directly impact how we recruit and retain talent, foster diversity of thought and celebrate an inclusive workforce at J.B. Hunt. This role will provide training programs and educational opportunities for all employees, advance our employee resource groups (ERGs) and collaborate with business leaders and internal teams to integrate inclusion in all aspects of our company.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for inclusion and an understanding of business acumen, strategic planning and talent management.
